Gayle J. Moser specializes in divorce and child custody matters, and she is licensed to practice law in the Colorado District Courts. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Family Law Section, and the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
Prior to entering private practice, Gayle was the Domestic Law Clerk in Arapahoe County District Court. As a law clerk, she drafted orders and assisted the judges and magistrates in a wide array of family law issues, including the intricate jurisdictional issues that arise in interstate child-custody cases. Having worked for several domestic judges, she developed a unique understanding of how judges analyze the many issues that arise in contested family law cases. While working for the Court, Gayle conducted initial status conferences with many pro se parties. As a result, she understands how overwhelming the legal process can be for those going through a divorce or seeking parental rights. Gayle is an organized and assertive attorney, who is dedicated to ensuring that her clients receive fair treatment and obtain the best possible outcome in their cases.
Gayle J. Moser was raised in Farmington, Iowa. She attended Drake University, where she majored in Business Management and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Gayle attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2009. When she is not working, Gayle enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three dogs.
